Are you a stay at home mom?

Do you sometimes feel isolated and lonely?

Do you want to scream at your husband when he innocently asks "So what did you do today"?

Staying at home with your kids can be overwhelming. Working, when you have children, is also overwhelming and often feels like too much to handle. You might just wish you had some time to talk to an adult. Or maybe you struggle with guilt and feel the weight of managing it all.  As a mom with adult children (finally!), I know the importance of staying connected and getting support. Counseling is a great place to figure it all out.

Being a parent isn't easy. There will come a day when you look at your adult children and say to yourself "I did a good job I loved them well and they are okay." There are stages in raising kids when that is hard to believe. They can be exhausting and exasperating. There is hope. Whether you are a stay at home mom or a working mom, take some time and take care of yourself. Call me at (407) 247-5733 or email me here to see how counseling can help you.
