My fee is $200.00 for individuals, couples, and families for a 50 minute session. If you feel like longer sessions would be helpful, the fee is prorated accordingly. Payments are made at the time of your appointment. I accept cash, check and credit cards. I am covered as an out-of-network provider on most PPO plans. I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each session which you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully to verify specifics of your particular insurance plan and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
